Delete your KaajDar account

This page explains how to request deletion of your KaajDar account and the data associated with it. KaajDar is operated by Muhammad Aaqib (sole proprietor).

Delete your account in the mobile app

You can delete your own account at any time, without contacting us:

• Open the KaajDar mobile app and sign in.
• Go to More → Account.
• Tap Delete my account and confirm with your password.

You are signed out immediately and can no longer log in with that account.

Using KaajDar on the web? Request deletion by email

The web app has no delete option. If you use KaajDar on the web, or cannot access the mobile app, email us and we will delete your account for you:

• Email: privacy@kaajdar.com
• Subject: “Delete my account”
• Include the phone number you sign in with, so we can verify the request.

What is deleted

• Your login and access to KaajDar — your account is deactivated and you are signed out right away.
• Your membership of any business or shop you own or manage is removed.

What is kept, and for how long

KaajDar is a business tool, so a shop’s operational records do not belong to one person alone:

• A business and its records (orders, customers, measurements, and payment history) are retained so the business can keep operating and to meet accounting and audit needs. Deleting your personal account does not delete the business.
• Some information — such as your name, phone number, and transaction history — may be kept as described in our Privacy Policy.

Delete an entire business and its records

If you want a whole business and all of its records permanently deleted (not just your personal account), email privacy@kaajdar.com with the business details. We delete the data within 30 days of verifying your request, except where we are required to keep certain records to comply with the law.

Delete some data without deleting your account

You do not have to delete your account to remove specific records. Inside the app you can delete individual orders and payments and remove staff. For anything else, email us at privacy@kaajdar.com and we will help.
